I ran my own B&B in a vineyard village in Champagne for 17 years. For a long time it was really a hobby: it never made more than around €10,000 a year. After the 2008 crash it became our family’s only income, and the bailiffs came to the door.
In 2010 I set myself a goal of €40,000 for the year and changed how I ran the business. This is what happened:

What is a Digital Assistant?
An assistant you text, that does the work
Your Digital Assistant (DA) is one you message on WhatsApp or by text, the same way you’d message a friend. It has its own computer, browser and phone, so it doesn’t just answer questions or hand you a list. It does real work for you: guest emails, social posts, website updates, research and more.
I’ve started using my DA in my own business. In the Circle I’ll show you how to use yours.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. It’s month to month with no contract. Cancel whenever you like and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What happens after the first 100?
The price goes up to $49/month for new members. If you join now, you keep $29 for as long as you stay a member.
What happens after I pay?
Straight after you pay, you’ll see a welcome page with two steps. First, get your own Digital Assistant through my personal link. Then tap the link to our private WhatsApp group and ask to join. I approve every new member myself, so the group stays just for members.
What are the prompts?
Ready-made messages you copy and send to your Digital Assistant, written for B&B owners. Each one gets your DA started on a real job, like a guest email or a social post. I share new ones in the group.
Do I need a Digital Assistant?
Yes, your Digital Assistant (DA) is part of the Circle and a lot of what we do together uses it. You don’t need it before you join: straight after you pay, you’ll get your own DA through my personal link. If you already have one through my link, you can skip that step.
Do I need WhatsApp?
Yes, the group lives on WhatsApp. It’s free on any smartphone, and you can use it on your computer too.
I haven’t opened my B&B yet. Is this for me?
Yes. Whether you’re planning, newly open or have been running your B&B for years, you’re welcome.
Will you give legal, tax or insurance advice?
No. Those depend on where you live, so please ask a qualified local professional. In the Circle I stick to what I know best: guests, bookings, systems and your Digital Assistant.
What currency is it in?
