My aha! moment

I ran Les Molyneux, a luxury B&B in the heart of the Champagne region of France for 17 years, first as a hobby while my husband was travelling internationally with his job and I was home alone with our two little girls.

And then after a few years, and many “interesting and unfortunate events” my little hobby suddenly became our only source of income.

So with the bailiffs at the door, and no money to pay the gas bill, I had no choice but to transform my B&B into a professional and thriving business.
