I took a risk and booked with Yvonne and at that time in my life it was the best decision I made. I also went on a retreat to Italy with Yvonne which completely changed my life and put me on the path I'm on today. I'm going to be completely honest I no longer run my bed and breakfast but I'd always wanted to foster and I took that leap of faith but while I did run my business it went from strength to strength with Yvonne's teaching I made significant changes to how I run my business, I had more free time, I had staff instead of doing everything myself and even sent my laundry out to be done for me after years and years of being on a hamster wheel of cooking, cleaning, slaving🤣 I made more money than I had done in the past.
If you're on the fence then jump straight in with a leap of faith.. this time next year you'll be so glad you did..

Guest have commented that they love the fact that all of the work is done for them, they just have to turn up. Just shows that the offer sequence works. Hope this gives you some ideas…

I am sharing this post not to advertise my B&B but to advertise the SUCCESS of an assignment from Yvonne Halling during the slow winter months… She asked us to figure out what we have to offer, our B&B or our area – to create a package that we could start selling to generate an income…
Total Tuscany was born. I took my FREE "Sandy & Phils favorite things to do in Tuscany" PDF that I send to all of our guests, and put together an all inclusive 7 night package…. Well I launched 6 weeks for 2023 and we have 3 spots left. Next year I will add another 6 weeks.
If this is something that would work in your area I highly suggest it. Guests are so happy to let someone plan out their time.

With this group we have gone from 90% OTA bookings/ 10% direct to the flip flop in 5 years – 90% Direct Bookings and 10% OTAs….
The only reason I am keeping the OTA is that I do not want to lose the 10% who book via Chase Sapphire Points and Amex Points – Their system goes thru these OTAS…

Five Stars and a Bravo to Yvonne and team!
We are just winding up a year taking The Bed and Breakfast Business Transformation course and it has been truly transformational for us.
We have learned how to truly market our Bed and Breakfast. We have automated our system, dramatically raised our prices and greatly improved our guest experience. Our new website is far more effective because it provides a special bed and breakfast guest experience.
We found our calling in life; that we are no longer selling bedrooms, rather adventure in Hawaii and that is a lot of fun for us because we love adventure. Yvonne showed us how to position ourselves as local experts for a truly Hawaiian adventure and draw guests to book on our website from our blog and marketing. We have tripled our income and expect this year to be even better.

Having just completed Yvonne's Double your B&B Revenue FREE 7 Day Challenge – September 2024 I felt compelled to leave an overview and to thank Yvonne and Marie for a truly fantastic last 7 days. I have known Yvonne for about 12 years now (time flies) when husband Mark and I were looking into the idea of buying a suitable property to run as a B&B. I initially purchased her first book which gave tremendous insight into the world of B&B / Hospitality. Using the guidance in her book really helped with the setting up of our property having come from a Business Development & Marketing background in London – I was completely in the dark with our new business venture! I then went on to do her B&B Money Maker Business Transformation Program. 'Transformation' being the operative word – The course is incredible and gave us the complete workings to set up and run a successful B&B. We have literally gone from strength to strength and are now a multi-award-winning business attracting 30-40% of return guests each year using her tried and tested strategies! Having done her latest challenge, which I have done several times previously, the overall principles might be the same, but Yvonne always makes sure her workshops are up to the minute, easy to digest and full of fun! Working with Yvonne has been truly groundbreaking for us – It's incredible to think that when you work with Yvonne you are dealing with the top person – So many workshops / courses you don't get to experience this. We should all think ourselves so lucky to have Yvonne – I would urge anybody who hasn't to really go for it – She will quite literally turn you and your business around – Thank you again Yvonne!

Good Morning all. After having a not so pleasant week last week I am feeling energised and ready to start the week. As per Yvonne Halling email we put our prices up and no word of a lie we got three bookings the same day we did that.
Offer published and had first booking today for it plus another guest book a 7 night holiday on the back of the email. All good!

This is so powerful. My weekend guest told me she had never received emails like these from any B&B before and really appreciated the information. As the emails go out, guests respond, and a conversation then begins. Any questions and concerns can be addressed before they arrive, which relieves that 'fear of the unknown'. I often hear, 'I feel like I'm coming home' when they arrive. Do take the time to implement Yvonne's lesson into your business and see for your self. Oh, and by the way, I had the best September ever while the B&Bs in my area were losing business to Airbnb and 3 new hotels.
Yvonne and Matthew are excellent. They gave me the tools I needed to increase my revenue in the slow season. They also taught me how to run an email campaign effectively, resulting in a packed house for not one, not two, but four events! I can't rave about them enough! Thank you so much Matthew and Yvonne!

I signed on to Yvonne's coaching six years ago. It's completely transformed my business in to a very profitable, very sustaining business–in fact I had the best January ever in the 32 years I've been running my b & b! Plus, I'm enjoying it so much more. I learned so much about myself as well. I highly recommend her course if you want to grow your business, love your career all over again and stand out from the crowd (and get away from the OTA's!).

Yvonne knows her stuff – completely! She also would have been a great Therapist. She has the ability to get right to the point, flesh out what you are doing right and wrong, and help you get on track – quickly. She helped me get my boundaries in order – they had become very loose – and now I have my peace back, and am no longer 'burned out' after 9 years of innkeeping. I haven't completed her program – it is like a PhD master class – but I am dogging away at it and have seen much improvement in my bottom line, and mostly my own development. Thank you Yvonne!

I first met Yvonne almost 10 years ago, after owning our business for 5 years. Working full time outside the bandb did not allow me to take full advantage of her tremendous coaching and mentoring, but I still stayed connected. Last year I retired from outside employment and began implementing all of the tools her and her team recommended. WOW, I knew all along if following her techniques, it would be beneficial, but didn't realize just how much!! Her and her teams, coaching mentoring and friendship have brought me to a point of no return.
