I want to quickly share with you a success story from one of my clients, (who wants to remain anonymous)
She has a fairly successful B&B business in Europe, that she has been running for the past 4 years, and although it was going well, she didn’t have any of the crucial systems in place so she knew that there was more potential in her business that she just wasn’t tapping into.

These systems are not unique to hospitality, they are fundamental to every business, and for some reason they seem to have gone largely un-noticed in this industry, where owners prefer to compete on price, list with third parties and wonder why Airbnb is taking their business.
It’s not rocket science, it’s actually very simple, but it’s not easy
There’s a steep learning curve
